Enquiries and contact details
Information entered in our forms (name, email, phone number and project details) is used to handle your enquiry and reply to you. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
Technical data sheets
To receive a technical data sheet, your name, mobile and email are sent with your selection. The PDF is emailed to you, with a copy to our sales team at contact@tiziriceramica.com. This request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Legal framework and purposes
Tiziri Ceramica handles your enquiries under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11 of 24 July 2025. Quotes involve pre-contractual steps requested by you; other correspondence serves our legitimate interest in responding, subject to your rights. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Required information
Your province and, for a quote, the selected product, size, colour, finish and quantity complete your enquiry. Company details are optional; a message is optional for quotes and required for contact enquiries. Other fields are needed to submit and handle your request. Without this information, the form cannot be submitted.
Recipients and hosting
Enquiries are intended for authorised Tiziri Ceramica staff through contact@tiziriceramica.com. The final tiziri-ceramica.dz website is planned to be hosted by ADEX. Hosting and email providers are involved as necessary to operate the service. The hosting provider’s name alone does not establish where data or backups are located.
Retention and security
Retention is limited to following up on your enquiry and, where applicable, legal obligations or dispute handling. You may ask about the retention period applicable to your enquiry. Technical connection information is used to prevent abuse and protect the service. Do not submit passwords or identity documents through the form.
External services
The catalogue, images and map also use external services that receive technical data, including your IP address. Some may process this data outside Algeria; hosting with ADEX does not remove these connections. Geolocation is optional: you can decline and use the retailer list. Transfers must be assessed against Algerian legal requirements.
Your rights
Under the conditions set by law, you have rights to information, access, rectification and objection. You may request erasure of unlawfully processed data and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to handle your request.
